Hi,

I was following my bid and in the last moments snippy's stopped. Ther was no countdown but only <1min message. A screen refresh did not change the time left indication and the auction ended message did not appear. My bid was not placed in time. Finally I was informed that my bid was placed after the end of the sale. Too bad, I missed a great lot while watching it.

Please explain to avoid further disappointment.

Last night (GMT), our eBay sniper has been experiencing failures. They were caused by a recent change in eBay cookies management. As a consequence, a few missions failed with the following status: 'Bid placed after the end of the sale'.

Our eBay sniper was adjusted as quickly as possible to take the recent changes into account. It is now fully functional again.

We are very sorry for the failed missions and the inconvenience caused. Please keep in mind that such failures are extremely rare on Snippy's, as shown by our success statistics.

In a word, to answer your question, you do not have to do anything to ensure that your next mission is successful.
